Complete Appraisal Process Solution (CAPS) is the heart and soul of the SLIDR Service.  It was written from the ground up for mass appaisal and e911 address verification processes.  CAPS is a single solution; allowing the same software to be used by mobile appraisal units operating from specially equipped smart vehicles, tablet computers used by appraisers on foot, and data entry clerks.
